Can we meet the sitter before we book her?
We interview and qualify all sitters before they are allowed to work for us. If you would like to meet them, we suggest that you ask her to come a little early, or on an earlier date, where you will have the opportunity to observe her with your children.

Can I request a specific sitter?
Absolutely! You should get to know a few sitters initially, in case your favorite is not available when you need her. Any special requests for sitters should be placed early to ensure your sitter's availability.

What if one of my children is sick?
We do not send sitters into homes where there is illness such as heavy colds, flu, strep or other viral infection. If you have a sitter booked, please call her and let her know the nature of the illness before she gets to your home.

I had to cancel a sitter, should I pay her for the arranged amount of time anyway?
If you cancel a sitter within 3 hours of the expected time, we suggest you pay the four hour minimum charge.

What are the holidays that have a special rate?
Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day are higher and vary yearly. Please call the office for prices.

I have not heard from my sitter yet, what should I do?
Please call the office and let us know. We can let you know if a sitter has been booked, and if it has, give you the name and number of your sitter.

I have a pet membership already and am expecting a baby. Do I also need to have a childcare membership?
No, we would be happy to upgrade your existing membership to a full membership, where you can take advantage of both the pet and childcare services.
